IJDs work 1:1 with clients assisting them with finding employment through an Intake Assessment and providing appropriate Job options.

The following is required:

1. Bachelor's Degree or Masters in any Human Services field

2. 3 years of work experience-plus with People with Disabilities

3. Agree to an excellent commission pay for successful outcomes

4. Able to pass a background check from Social Security Suitability

5. Professional Resume and Complete agency Application

6. Laptop (WINDOWS 10) comparable for security of information

7. Present your office as a professional setting that is safe/accessible

8. Available for training and monthly Conference call.
